 I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased we are with our re-roofing in Valley Ridge NW.  As you may be aware, half of Valley Ridges homes were originally built with pine shake shingles and home owners are currently replacing them or will be in the next two years as they are rapidly deteriorating.

 Earlier in the year a bunch of us neighbours got together to discuss finding a reputable roofing company to see if they can provide us with a multi-family discount if we got enough families together on this re-roofing venture.  In total we had six families committed in having our roofs replaced this year, so a few of us started to research roofing companies in June.  I came upon Action Roofing on the internet and started to read everything on your website and was impressed, that's when I gave your office a call to have them send out an estimator.  Your receptionist told me there would be someone coming out next week and surely someone came out.  Jayson who came to provide the estimate was truly a professional, he told us exactly how long it would take to do an estimate and was extremely thorough.  He went through in detail and explained clearly the product, upgrades, warranty, quote and what was going to be done. This really reassured us and gave us a great level of comfort in understanding the re-roofing process from beginning to end.  The 40 year shingles and upgraded package that we all went for will definitely provide many years of protection to our roofs.

 Our roofer who came out to do the job was Benoit, what a fabulous, hardworking and detailed worker.  I am extremely pleased with his workmanship and professionalism.  Even the neighbours commented on his hardworking ethics and attention to detail.  He even took the time to educate me on exactly how each product works and what the process was in roofing.  He was polite, considerate and made sure the work site was cleaned up everyday they were done.

 Needless to say, I am very pleased with my experience with Action Roofing from the beginning to the end.  I am already having other neighbours come up to us and asking about Action Roofing and our experience.  I will definitely refer Action Roofing to the rest of the neighbourhood, friends and families and especially have them ask for Benoit when they are in need of replacing their roofs.
